1. License Grant

PromptAndWear S.A.S. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our AI-powered design platform. This license is conditioned on your continued compliance with this Agreement and payment of any applicable fees.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or tracking technologies.
Use the platform to train competing machine learning models.
Exceed API rate limits or bypass technical restrictions.

3. Ownership & Rights

Trial (Free)

Designs remain property of PromptAndWear. Personal use only. No commercial rights.

Pro & Enterprise

You own the designs you create. Full commercial rights. Unlimited export.

Design DNA™: All generated designs contain non-visible watermarks for authenticity. Removing these identifiers is a violation of this license.

4. API Usage

API access is tiered based on subscription. We enforce strict rate limits to ensure stability.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptAndWear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
